3. Recommended Session Length

For most guests, 20–30 minutes is the ideal session length for a safe, beneficial experience.
4. Temperature Range

Sessions are kept between 118°F and 122°F (48°C–50°C) — warm enough to be effective, comfortable enough to relax.
5. Exit Immediately If You Feel Unwell

Exit the sauna right away if you experience dizziness, faintness, nausea, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or simply don't feel right.
6. Remove Jewelry Beforehand

Remove any jewelry that may become hot during your session.
7. Never Use the Sauna Alone With Medical Conditions
